Majid Al Futtaim is a leading lifestyle pioneer across the Middle East and North Africa with a vast portfolio governed by a main corporate identity, with roughly two dozen sub-brands. These include Carrefour, VOX Cinemas, Magic Planet entertainment centres, Ski Dubai resorts and many more. Majid Al Futtaim spans 15 international markets, and includes 30 shopping malls and hotels.

As part of The Sound Agency's work helping create the sound of the Majid Al Futtaim brand, JPML worked extensively to create the core brand assets, including a new sonic logo, core pieces of brand music, and numerous soundscapes deployed in their malls, Vox Cinemas and entertainment complexes.

The results of initial tests were spectacular. Independent research by GRMC showed that shopper happiness increased by an average of 8% and energy levels rose by an average of 9%. 
 
Work continues with Majid Al Futtaim and The Sound Agency to analyse both real and virtual sound environments and deploy assets across the entire brand portfolio.
