"This year we've had to navigate quite a few challenges. one of the things that really inspires me about about this team is the creativity. When roadblocks arise, we find solutions such that we can continue doing the work. What I see year after year is pushing the boundaries to deepen our investigation, finding new ways to present our findings, new partnerships to amplify our advocacy. All of that with the goal of "How do we more consistently and more deeply enact change?" 

This work can't be done alone. We have to do this in partnership with the UN, with donors, with humanitarian actors. That the only way that we're going to achieve the sorts of systemic change that we need to see.
